Tai Chi and Yin Yang

Tai Chi symbol consists of two contrast-color half-moons (almost) enclosed in a circle. They represent Yin in dark (normally black) color, and Yang in light color (normally white). The circle envelop symbolizes the continuous evolutions.

There are two small moons in the opposite color too: the light one in the dark half-moon; the dark one in a light half-moon. This means inside of Greater Yin there is a miniscule Yang, and inside of Greater Yang, a minuscule Yin. When Yin develops to its extreme, Yang grows. When Yang at its extreme, Yin grows. The cycle of Day – Night, Summer – Winter is a close example. This is the Tai Chi concept in general.

Yin Yang is similar to  Negative and Positive poles in electricity, or North South in magnetism, or 0 and 1 in binary numbers.

Yin Yang cannot be separated in any existence in nature. Nothing can be purely Yin or Yang. Therefore,  pure Yin or pure Yang could not be productive or re-productive.

Distinct proportions of Yin Yang and  the Five Elements defines the nature of each existence.

The evolutions of Yin Yang form myriad things in nature. The evolutions are eternal.

Yin and Yin or Yang and Yang are repulsive, but Yin and Yang attract each other.

The principle of attraction and repulsion between  Yin and Yang reflects the most complicate interactions among male and female in matrimony, so as in Fengshui of the premises and tenants. Balancing Yin and Yang is important in Fengshui practices and Chinese traditional medicine.

Deep analysis takes into consideration the relativity of Yin Yang nature i.e.  Yin nature existence can possess the Yang trait. For example, Fengshui distinguishes a Yin or Yang female or male despite of female is Yin in nature, and male is Yang in nature.
